קומפלקס מגורים שמטרתו לקדם שכנות בקרב הגרים בו. הפרוייקט שואף לייצר שייכות אליו ובתוך כך, לטפח יחסים טובים בין השכנים באמצעות לובאים קומתיים משותפים, ללא מסדרונות ארוכים ומרוחקים. גרעיני התנועה הוסטו ממרכז התוכנית הטיפוסית ובכך מתאפשרת חווית טיול מיוחדת ויעילה ביותר להגעה לדירות ולפונקציות הציבוריות שבפרוייקט. בכל בניין קומה המוקדשת לפעילות ציבורית משותפת, וקומות אלה מחוברות בגשרים האחת לשנייה ובכך משלימות את חווית הטיול במבנה.

A residential complex designed to foster a sense of neighborliness among its residents. The project aspires to create a sense of belonging, thereby encouraging positive relationships between neighbors. This is achieved through shared floor lobbies without long, detached corridors. The circulation cores are shifted from the center of the typical floor plan, enabling a unique and efficient journey through the building toward the apartments and communal functions. Each building includes a dedicated floor for shared public activity, and these floors are connected by bridges, enhancing the overall experience of movement and exploration within the complex.
