הפרוייקט עסק בתכנון העיר אור יהודה, והפכיתה לעיר אקדמית עם קמפוס פתוח ומבני פקולטות הפזורים ברחבי העיר. בעיר צפוי לעבור קו מטרו ורכבת קלה והוא נמצא בסמוך לערים תוססות מרכזיות דוגמת תל אביב - יפו. הפרוייקט מציע אפשרות להפיכת אור יהודה לעיר אקדמית מובילה חייה ותוססת גם כן בעזרת הבאת סטודנטים לגור בעיר ויצירת חיי לילה וקהילה בעזרת "שתילת" פונקציות קהילתיות דוגמת: גינה קהילתית, מרכזי למידה, מתנ"סים וכיכר עירונית גדולה למופעים, תרבות פנאי ומסחר. הפונקציות המקיפות את הכיכר יהיו כגנרטור לחיים שוקקים כמעט בכל שעות היממה. הפרוייקט בשיתוף לירון נהון, רותם קוניצר ונעמה שינברג.

This project presents a strategic urban plan for Or Yehuda, envisioning its transformation into a dynamic academic city. The proposal is centered on an open campus model, where faculty buildings are integrated directly into the city's existing urban fabric. Leveraging the city's future Metro and Light Rail lines and its proximity to major hubs like Tel Aviv-Jaffa, the plan aims to establish Or Yehuda as a leading, vibrant academic center. A core objective is to attract students to reside within the city, fostering a lively community and nightlife. This is achieved by strategically embedding key public functions, such as community gardens, learning centers, community centers, and a large central plaza designed for performances, leisure, culture, and commerce. The programs and businesses surrounding this plaza are planned to generate a bustling urban life at nearly all hours of the day. In collaboration with Liron Nahon, Rotem Kunitzer, and Na'ama Shinberg.
